A day out at with Warner Bros #WarnerBrosMums

A few weeks back now Emmy and I headed London bound alone for a girlie day.  We left Harry at home with Daddy and went off for an adventure.
We were heading for the offices of Warner Bros for a Bloggers day out.
Armed with a map it was actually easy to find and once inside we were greeted by Batman!

It was a lovely informal day where we were shown the new Lego computer games – these didn’t interest Emmy as she is too you but it didn’t stop her pressing buttons and “playing games Mummy!”, we did however turn those over to those who knew what they were doing.
Catching up with Rosie and Boo (Mummy and boo) over a game of Tom and Jerry Bomb game (think pop up pirates but a Tom & Jerry version).   Emmy wouldn’t stop cuddling the Tom & Jerry cuddly toys – these were definitely a hit with her.

We also had great fun with the Scooby Doo playset which has also been added to an every growing Christmas list by Emmy
A brief chat with the lovely Marissa (Missy b and family) and a few (dozen in Emmy’s case) pastries we were then shown into a private theatre where we watched a trailer for some new movies.  They look great.  We were then treated to 2 BRAND new episodes of Tom & Jerry – the first new episodes in 20 years! They are still the same as everyone remembers except Tom’s owners are now a young couple instead.
Then it was a Lego Batman movie however Emmy wanted to go back to play by this point.
Grabbing a yummy lunch we caught up with Ruth (Rock n Roller Baby) and her wonderful kiddies while waiting for Emmy to have her face painted and finally meeting a fellow Lullaby Trust Skydiving buddy Julie (Julies Notebook).
Face painting, WarnerBrosMums,
We had a great day out. Thank you Warner Bros.
Emmy may have really wanted to bring this home with us!

  1. My kids love tom and jerry and it's amazing how many episodes I recognise from my childhood! Love the giant scooby I think I'd have wanted to bring him home too!
