Today marks the start of Tefal’s Fresh Week – A week of banishing the convenience foods and cooking fresh meals from scratch.
To make things easier for myself I have planned our meals for this week.
This week we will be eating, all home-made and made from scratch:
Lunch: Carrot top soup
Dinner: Home-made Pizza
Roast Chicken with all the trimmings
Fennel and Lemon Risotto
Cheese on Toast
Beef stew and dumplings
Aubergine rolls with spinach and ricotta
Dippy Eggs and soliders
Jerk Chicken with rice and Gungo peas
Breakfast’s are always the same and we won’t be changing those as it works – Emmy loves Weetabix as does Harry, they have this everyday followed by toast. Harry will also eat porridge and fruit so I alternate his. Paul will only have fried breakfasts or Weetabix (I’ve banned the fry-up’s for this week).

We put these in the oven on 190 degrees for about 16 minutes.
