Giveaway: Win family tickets to Dreamworks Tours Shrek’s Adventure

This summer I can not wait to take the children back to visit DreamWorks Tours Shrek’s Adventure again, we’ve been only once and Harry was a little too small and got scared.

This next time he will know what to expect and being a full year older I’m sure he will love it just as much as Emmy did.  She actually hasn’t stopped talking about it since our visit and is planning our trip down to the finest details even what she will buy in the gift shop (she is such a typical girl).

Both children have different favourite characters and they love all of the movies, Emmy loves Princess Fiona and Harry adores Donkey and thinks he is rather hysterical.

During your time in Shrek’s Adventure you are taken into different rooms which are part of the movie, I loved visiting the swamp best of all.

It really is great fun and I’m sure you will all love it too and during the summer there is even more fun to be had as Shrek’s Adventure! London will be taken over by the Vikings of Berk! From 23rd July to 4th September How to Train Your Dragon’s finest, fiercest faces will be showing guests of all ages what it takes to be a true Viking!

After their unique and interactive adventure with Shrek, guests will come face to face with the fearsome, yet friendly, Vikings who will share their knowledge in training dragons while a giant Toothless the dragon soars overhead with Hiccup aboard.
The Vikings will be hosting hands-on activities inspired by the popular DreamWorks films such as the Sheep Toss Trebuchet Challenge and a Duel the Dragon game to ensure that all recruits are fully trained before they graduate from Dragon Training School.  Young guests can even dress up in Viking clothing to make sure they look the part.
Important note:  If attending during the School holidays advanced booking is advisable (Merlin Annual Pass holders can pre-book slots for £1pp).

If you would like to visit for yourself then Merlin have very kindly offered one of my lucky readers a family pass to visit on a date of their choice (subject to availability) as part of our 5th birthday celebrations.  The prize is for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children).

To enter please fill in the rafflecopter below, this giveaway will close at midnight on 24th July 2016.  Good Luck

  1. This would be the perfect prize for our family we all love Shrek and it is one of those films we watch again and again. So having the chance to experience our own Shrek Adventure would be a dream come true. xxx

  2. Id like to think it would be the kids, who I know would be super excited, however I think my other half would be even more excited his a big kid when it comes to outings

  3. Definitely my 36 year old daughter who loves all things Shrek and her enthusiasm infects both myself and my grandson when we go off on our adventures.

  4. I would be the most excited, because I think Shrek is great and I am the biggest kid. Thanks for the chance XXX (Ruth Wollerton)

  6. We all love Shrek and the gang so we'd be equally excited. The great thing about all the Shrek movies are that the humour is aimed at all ages – some jokes are more for the adults than the kids 😉

  7. I would love to 🙂 I have visited before but didnt take my children. It was amazing though and they would enjoy it. @bexallum on twitter

  8. We would all be excited as each other. Recently visited London, unfortunately missed out in regards to this exhibit. As it's opening day was the day after we left, we had booked London visit and accommodation in advance as visiting friends in London etc. Would love the opportunity to view this exhibit. We visited Madame Tussaud's and London Aquarium on recent visit, enjoyed both.

  9. To be honest I think me and my partner would be most excited, followed by the kids :-), mainly my son

  10. I think it would probably be me! My daughters love Shrek but I grew up with it so think I love it just that little bit more 😉

  11. For Ted the most exciting day out would be anything to do with trains but for me anything that makes them all happy X
