Guest Post: Finding ‘me’ time with a clairvoyant reading

All busy mums will know it can be difficult to find time for yourself, but
sometimes it’s worth trying to take time out of that hectic schedule and fit in
a little ‘me’ time. Everyone has different ways of unwinding and recharging
their batteries. Maybe a cup of tea and a magazine is all you need to relax and
reflect on your life, or perhaps an energising walk is your kind of thing.
Another activity which is becoming more and more popular is to have a clairvoyant reading.

It might sound a little bit strange if it’s not something you’ve ever tried
before, but many people find that it can give them a unique insight into their
life. Some people even set aside time every couple of months to go for a
reading.

Taking a little bit of time away from the kids and the housework to simply
reflect upon and discuss aspects of your life with a professional reader can
feel like a weight has been lifted. A clairvoyant uses their special psychic
abilities and vision to tune into the person they’re doing a reading for and
provide insight into the decisions and actions a person has taken. They can also
help their client look at where future decisions and choices might take
them.

If you’re new to this kind of thing but feel like you want to give it a try
there are a few things you should bear in mind. Before your first reading, you
should remember that it’s not a test, it’s a way for you to find out more about
yourself and the issues that concern you. However, it’s best to write down a
list of specific questions that you are seeking answers for, or at least the
areas you wish to cover. Time can pass quickly during a reading, so it’s useful
to have a checklist to make sure you don’t miss anything out.

You should also make sure that you can have the clairvoyant reading in a calm
and quiet environment, where you’re unlikely to be disturbed. Switch off all
devices and just give yourself five or ten minutes to be calm and relaxed before
the reading time – you don’t want to rush into it on the back of a work call or
putting the kids to bed.

The more relaxed you are, the easier it will be for the clairvoyant to tune
into you and the more in-depth their insights will be.

Of course, going down the clairvoyant route isn’t for everyone. We all have
our own ways of de-stressing and mulling over our problems, but sometimes just
the action of talking to someone about things that are concerning us can be a
good form of release.
