Do you get enough sleep?
I know for a fact that I don’t and the bags under my eyes prove that sadly.
With 2 children who tag team throughout the night for one reason or another it has possibly been almost 4 years since I had an undisturbed sleep and I managed to sleep through the night myself.
This infographic shows how much sleep on average we get in the UK and how our sleep can be affected.
I would say I get around 5 hours broken sleep a night and if I’m not woken by the kids waking up then it’s the dogs dreams (he sleeps under my side of the bed) or by Paul’s sleeping.
