A while ago now Emmy was sent a trio of hair care products for review.

Emmy hates having her hair washed, she never used to but I think it’s an age thing with her – if she can get away with not having a bath then she is happy.

I do however insist she washes her hair on a Sunday evening ready for School the next day – I think I’ve turned into my Mother!

We received the Soft & Shiny Shampoo and Conditioner (£8.99 each) – these are perfect for children of all ages so I’ve been using the Shampoo on Emmy and Harry, and the Conditioner on just Emmy (Harry definitely doesn’t need that).

These both smell divine, and I don’t mind admitting that I have used them both on myself as they smell that lovely. It’s a kind of coconut smell which makes you want to sneak into the kids rooms which they are sleeping just to smell their heads and have an extra cuddle (surely I’m not the only one to do that?) or to sniff them when they snuggle in for a cuddle.

The Shampoo and Conditioner both contain Argan Oil which is known for it’s hair softening properties, it helps to leave the hair silky and ultra glossy while the coconut, Fig and Papaya extract help to strengthen and condition the hair leaving it really easy to brush.

This for me helps with Emmy’s wild hair – she hates it being brushed and will go days without letting me near it with a brush (my wild child)

We also received the Soft & Shine detangling spray (£12.99) which I use inbetween washes – this is a fine conditioning spray which helps untangle Emmy’s ~~mane~~ hair leaving it smelling wonderful and knot free. This is my favourite item from the range, the smell is a rich Coconut fragrance and I use on myself as well as on Emmy.

The BEST thing about these is they are FREE from Parabens, Sulphates, TEA, Petrochemicals, synthetic colours and DEA – many of these I try to avoid normally as they irate Emmy’s eczema.

**Giveaway Time**

Love Boo have kindly offered a Trio of these for one lucky reader to win – the winner will receive the Shampoo, Conditioner and Detangling Spray to try at home.

I don't really get to make decision of how often my sons hair gets washed. He usually pours a cup of water over his head as soon as he gets in the bath every night, lol. If I had my way he would get it washed 2-3 times a week unless he got dirt or food in it 🙂
