It is now just around the corner – this Sunday infact and I apologise as I had planned to get this post up a lot sooner but Flu took over and I was unable to get up let alone type the loving words and search fot those thoughtful gifts – but the good new is that it’s not too late to find the perfect something for that special and wonderful lady in your life. Now it may not actually be your Mum, it could be your Mother-in-Law, your Grandma or even your wife on behalf of your children. Mother’s Day isn’t just for Mother’s.
Lumie Bodyclock Elite 300 – £160
Lumie Bodyclock is the original wake-up light, also called a dawn simulator. It wakes you gradually with increasing natural light. This is a signal for your body to ease production of sleep hormones (e.g. melatonin) and increase those that help you get up and go (e.g. cortisol). Wake-up lights help to keep your sleep cycle on track, boosting mood, energy and productivity levels all day.

Mother’s Day flowers from Blossoming Gifts
With prices starting from £21.00 when selecting from the Mother’s Day Flowers range, or from £14.99 when ordering from the best sellers flower range there are flowers available to suit all tastes but if flowers aren’t your thing then you could consider one of the chocolate bouquets instead, I know I would be happy to receive one of those.Cashmere Scarf in Stewart Tartan
There is nothing I hate more than being cold, the with mornings being ridiculously cold still it is definitely very much still hat, gloves and scarf weather. This scarf is a beautiful scarf in muted blue shades priced at £49.95 from My Scarf Shop. This is one which will last the signs of time and keep you feeling warm and toasty to start your day.Yankee Candles
Always a winner for us Mums, I absolutely love the smell of Yankee candles burning while I have a nice relaxing bath, my little piece of me time. I also like to burn these while cooking to disguise the aromas in the kitchen – while I do like a good curry, the lingering smell really annoys me, plus they also hide the soiled nappy smell after I have changed Harry.
Featured here are my current favourits – Lavender & Lilac Blossoms.
Ombar Raw Cacao Bars – £1.99 each

Letterbox Cake from Baker Days.
I was sent a lovely personalised Mother’s Day cake from Baker Days, it featured a very cute Panda design with Emily & Harry’s names on.
It was a moist chocolate cake which was delicious.
Letterbox cakes are designed to fit through the letterbox so you can order one as a surprise for a special someone and not have to ruin the surprise by finding out if they are home or not for delivery.
They come in a metal tin so they don’t ruin during the delivery process. They are small cakes with 3-4 portions and cost £14.99.
