I’m afraid this weeks photo’s are very boring, we have not left the house all week except to go to the doctors.
I told you last week that on Saturday the kids both got poorly, Harry has almost improved however Emmy hasn’t, infact I am VERY worried about her now. She has had a temperature of over 38 for 7 days now, it comes down with Calpol for a few hours then rises again. She has no other symptoms. The doctor says she is fighting off a virus and it will pass on it’s own.
So this week we have poorly pictures mostly – sorry:
Comfort food for the poorly troops
Snoozing in his big boys bed
Harry wanted an ‘Eggy’ (he can’t say Emmy) cuddle. They are both still unwell and love each other (sometimes)
It really isn’t our week – Harry finally had enough energy to play a little and then fell over splitting his head
Playing Don’t rock the boat and discovering that Emmy has – NO patience, doesn’t have a steady hand and is a cheat! #review to follow
Getting used to taking these daily forever now. I wrote a while ago about the possibility of having Familial Hypercholesterolemia you can read that post about making life changes when thrown a curveball – it now seems after retesting my bloods my changes haven’t made any difference, infact the cholesterol levels got worse so these will now be taken everyday as well as continuing to change my diet and exercise more.
Breakfast for me. I treated myself to a Nutribullet after reading great things about them. Needing to boost my fruit and veg intake, this seemed an ideal way. Breakfast was: Spinach, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, Linseeds, Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and water – it was rather tasty.
