I am a little late with this post as we headed to Chessington on Friday and stayed overnight – more on that late this week, but lets just say it was #Pandamonium, of course after a full day taking advantage of the rides and going on as many as possible I was too tired to even open the laptop and yesterday saw me in bed at 8.30pm – I have to say I am feeling a little old as it takes me ages to recover from a huge day out like that – I was shattered.
Here is our week in pictures:
I finished knitting my scarf – not bad for my first project and only really teaching myself last week. This took exactly a week for me to complete.
This cute pair walked all the way to school holding hands.
New clothes for me. I had been given vouchers for Christmas but saved them until I was able to go shopping alone (otherwise I spend them on the kids) well I gave up waiting as Emmy came with me, she was off sick again after picking up the school sickness bug for a second time.
New hair – well a new colour anyway, it desperately needs a cut and as my roots needed doing it was time to go from Blonde to Red again.
Harry made a Dragon mask with me. You can find our how to make a Dragon costume (mask and tail) here.
Emmy took her Easter bonnet into school – there is a competition and she is desperate to win (she won last year), I keep trying to explain that it is the taking part which counts. This was all her own work.
I spy two adorable Panda’s – They may fight a lot but they really do love each other.
At Chessington meeting the new stars of the show – have you guess what the show is yet? I’ll tell you more later this week.
Just an advanced note to say next weeks post won’t be posted – I think it will be a two week catch up the weekend after as this Easter weekend I am leaving my husband at home to fend for himself while I head off to the seaside with the children, my best friend and her 4 children.
