Tefal Actifry recipes – Corned Beef Hash

I’m loving my Tefal Actifry as it is so quick and easy to use and it can now replace some of my cooking on the hob.

The great thing about the Actifry is that I now don’t need to keep stirring the pan and it does the work for me!

This week I have made Corned Beef Hash.

serves 3/4
5 medium potatoes peeled and diced
1 onion, peeled and chopped
1 large carrot, peeled and crated
1 tin corned beef, chopped into cubes
Baked beans

We have this for lunch on a school day as Emmy needs to be there at 12 o’clock which doesn’t leave much time to cook, eat and leave, this is very quick and easy and goes down well with both children.

  • Add the potato to the Actifry with 1 measure of sunflower oil and cook for 5 minutes
  • Add to onions to the potatoes and cook for a further 8/10 minutes
  • Add the grated carrot and corned beef and cook for 3 minutes
  • Serve with baked beans

Using the Actifry means it is so simple to make (not that it’s at all hard in the first place but it does remover the need for constant stirring).

  1. what a great idea! I've had an Actifry since they first hit the market, and love it, but I only use it for chips, sauté potatoes and other root veg. Oh and sausages, it cooks sausages beautifully. I must try branching out with it.
