The Wonderful World of Disney On Ice #AD

**Advertorial feature**

I’m pretty sure you all know just how much we love Disney in this household, and a family trip to see Disney on Ice has become our annual Christmas treat.

We all know just how busy the Christmas period can be, and how much money we spend so if you’ve not been able to make the Christmas Disney on Ice shows never fear – you can catch the latest one at the SSE Wembley Arena from 13th – 17th March, and there are still tickets available!

Catch up with all your favourite Disney classic characters from the classic and modern shows including Disney’s The Lion King, Frozen and for the first time in the UK Disney Pixar’s Finding Dory will perform on the ice.

It’s not just the children who are mesmerised by these performances but us adults become entranced too, it’s amazing to see the skill of the skaters – I find it hard enough skating without the elaborate costume weighing me down, but these skilled skaters glide, jump, twirl and dance effortlessly across the ice in very carefully choreographed performances which everyone will love.

Harry always loves Mickey and Minnie Mouse heading onto the ice to introduce the show while Emmy is encaptured by the Disney Princesses.

During the Wonderful World of Disney on Ice show, you will discover the true meaning of family with everyone’s favourite forgetful fish, Dory, as she searches the deep blue sea for her parents with a little help from Marlin and Nemo in Finding Dory.

You’ll be able to feel the rush of the stampede as Simba learns to live by the motto of “Hakuna Matata” from the wise-cracking meerkat Timon and his warthog pal Pumbaa.

Audiences can march alongside the seven dwarfs – well you can march in your seats, as they whistle off to work to the catchy tune of “Heigh Ho” and you really be amazed at just how much the audience do join in with the singing and dancing, and of course dressing up as their favourite characters.

Be prepared to be dazzled by the hilarious Genie, as he makes Aladdin’s wishes come true with a spectacular parade for Prince Ali, and once again watch as the ice transforms into the wintry world of Frozen during Elsa’s emotionally powerful performance of “Let It Go.”

The Wonderful World of Disney On Ice will be skating into London, Aberdeen, Leeds, Birmingham, Glasgow, Liverpool and Cardiff from the 13th March 2019 to the 28th April. For the complete list of tour dates, head to
