Winnie the Pooh Screening with Huggies

I will happily tell you that I actually jumped for joy when on Saturday I recieved an invitation from Huggies asking me if I would like to attend a Screening of the Winnie the Pooh movie at Disney HQ. Ummm, I thought about it for around 3 seconds before replying – YES I would love to.

I was allowed to bring up to 4 others with me, so today Emmy, Paul and I headed to Hammersmith where we met up with my fellow Mummy Blogger friend Liz (who blogs over at Hart of the Munchkin Patch) and her daughter Lily-Sue.

On arrival to Disney HQ, the magic had already begun for me – Emmy was excited too but I’m not too sure she knew why just yet.  We were taken up to a hospitality suite where a lovely buffet was laid on for us all, and I’m sure all the lovely ladies over at Huggies will agree that the Rocky Road was mouth watering and 1 piece just wasn’t enough.

We managed to meet up with some other lovely Mummy Bloggers while there: Lauren (The Wonderful Adventures of Spud and Spike) and Paula (mummy v’s work).

Emmy was very taken with the life sized Winnie the Pooh figures and immediately ran up and hugged them all.

We were then taken through to Disney’s own Cinema to watch the screening of the movie – The seats were so comfy and it was a lovely cinema.  Emmy managed to sit through the whole film, barely moving as she enjoyed it that much, this is amazing in itself as she never stay still.

We had an AMAZING day and would like to say a huge Thank You to Huggies to inviting us along.

Wiped out Emmy slept en-route home all snug and comfy in her mei-tai, she slept from Holborn to Loughton.
