Have you ever had that horrifying moment of losing your phone or breaking it and having to do a factory reset before it’s sent off for repair? I had to do this recently, and I tried backing up as much data, video and pictures before they were lost forever.
I’ve also had this with my computer too when some of my files became corrupt and they were then lost forever.
I take hundreds of photo’s, mainly of my children but also for review items and daily life and after past bad experiences of losing some of those pictures I have my phone and tablet linked up to Dropbox so they are safe even if something does goes wrong as I wouldn’t want to lose these captured moments. Paul sadly had his phone stolen after being pick pocketed on a tube and lost the baby pictures he had of Harry – we were both extremely upset.

Touch wood, no phone loss yet but it would be a disaster if we ever did because we have all our photos of our little one on there!
sadly I lost so many precious photos last year as I got a virus on my computer and stupidly hadn't back up my photos x
No, thankfully I never have.
Yes, with an old phone.
I am very unlucky with my humble IT gear so would love a win
No, but I've dropped my phone & worried I'd lost them, but lucky for me, they weren't!
No, I haven't.
A laptop when we were flooded, the hard drive was ruined
I've lost three phones in the past but luckily no special photos with them. I think backing up stuff is vital as we have so many things on digital media nowadays it's scary.
I've lost/broken my phone many times – I'm a proper clumsy clot! Starting to learn my lesson though and have started storing photos online just in case 🙂
I tore a photo up once, when I was really, really foaming! I regretted it. It was of my sister and me, who I had fallen out with. I had to pretend that I lost it, and asked for a copy from hers. xx
No luckily. Im quite responsible like that
no thankfully
lost some special photos that I hadn't backed up from my computer once – so gutted I cried!!
No. Luckily. Though brother I believe acquired family photographs :- It would be nice for all siblings to have a copy and Mum to have originals.

No but I worry about it.
Yes I have lost pics of my 1st child's 1st birthday x
I haven't actually lost a phone, but I did remove everything from my old phone without thinking, when I was giving it to a friend, and deleted my photos without transferring them first!
