Skydive

My Skydive Video – watch me jump from 13,000ft! #MMSkydive

Posted on August 6, 2014June 24, 2023
The most amazing thing I have ever done is jump from a plane at 13,000 feet.
I did this in memory of a beautiful princess Matilda Mae who was taken too soon from her parents and loved ones aged only 9 months last year.
On Saturday it was 18 months to the day since she gained her angel wings and flew towards the clouds.
It was for this reason I completed a Skydive on Saturday to raise money for The Lullaby Trust.
I would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to all who sponsored me, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I have raised £700 currently however it’s not too late to sponsor me!  https://www.justgiving.com/clare-nicholas3/
Maybe this video may spur you on – if not then just watch the look of pure terror on my face in freefall and have a giggle at my expense.

I think you managed to hide the fear well, now had I have had a video of mine it would have looked horrendous, don't think I hid it at all and I know my instructor could feel my fear as all the way down he kept reassuring me that I was doing well, inside I was screaming!
