New Year = New You? Mark Anthony can help you and me! Competition

Have you started making New Year’s plans yet? I have.  From next year I will be keeping an online journal of my weight loss goals, successes and failure’s – there are bound to be lots of failure’s.  I don’t make New Years resolutions as I always break them but I have promised myself that I need to lose at least 2 stone if not more.

I will be doing this with the help of tips and guidance from Mark Anthony.  Mark is a world renowned health expert, weight loss guru and fitness instructor who the celebrities love.

As part of his new campaign Mark Anthony will constantly giving out tips for weight loss across his social media – particularly over the New Year.

Following this, Mark Anthony has JUST launched a new Facebook campaign and has started the ball rolling by launching an exclusive competition.
This competition is open to anyone and the giveaway is Ten Personal Training Sessions at Mark Anthony’s VIP gym worth £775. Following this, the entrants will also be entered into a weekly prize draw and have the chance to win a fitness goody bag worth £30-60.
