Have you started making New Year’s plans yet? I have. From next year I will be keeping an online journal of my weight loss goals, successes and failure’s – there are bound to be lots of failure’s. I don’t make New Years resolutions as I always break them but I have promised myself that I need to lose at least 2 stone if not more.
I will be doing this with the help of tips and guidance from Mark Anthony. Mark is a world renowned health expert, weight loss guru and fitness instructor who the celebrities love.
