Giveaway: Win a race jersey from Strider & details of how to enter your little racer into the Strider bike championships

When Emmy was younger she went straight to a bike with stabilisers, now aged 5 and a half we are struggling to get her confidence up to remove these stabilisers.

We have tried a few times but she gives up as soon as she begins to wobble and won’t try again.  Recently we got Harry a bike also with stabilisers but he can’t reach the peddles, he is now trying a balance bike and loves it, he is whizzing around and each day gains speed as his balance improves and I am wishing we had gone done this route with Emmy.

Strider are now gearing up for their second race for children under 5.  The Strider balance bike Championship series is set to take place at Kent’s fantastic Cyclopark on 6th September.

This race is open to all Strider Riders aged 2-5 years.  It’s set to be a fantastically fun family day out.

All riders will receive a medal and race plate to remind them of their day and the overall winner will take home a trophy!

Strider balance bikes teach kids to ride safely, simply and securely and over one million have been sold all over the world.

  1. For my son Josh who got on a bike on his fourth birthday, with no stabilizers and was off like a rocket 🙂
