Holiday window shopping – the best type of shopping

We go on holiday at the end of the month so it’s time to think about packing for me and the kids (Paul can do his own!).

As it’s the end of March it will probably be chilly still, although we are hoping for some sun.  It will most definitely rain at some point I’m sure – It’s England after all, thank goodness that Butlin’s has lots to do which is undercover so the weather will not spoil our fun.

I always start my holiday preparation by window shopping and searching the sales for some new clothing bargains.

Here is my current holiday wish list from Joules:

Muck Boots
Floral Dress
Crème Bird PJ bottoms
Knitted French navy dress (maybe for after our holiday when I reach my weight target)

Of course there is a children’s wish list too:

Emmy:
Long sleeved prinked jersey dress
Multi striped fleece
Floral Printed Jeans

Harry:
2 piece Jersey dog outfit
Knitted cardigan
Stegosaurus long sleeved top

Of course window shopping is one thing, however I will probably make do with what we actually do have but it does no harm to look does it? – although I think I really need the PJ bottoms and the cardigan for Harry as he does look amazingly cute in knitwear! What I did see when browsing was Dog bed designs from Joules, something I didn’t realise they did and I will be bearing in mind when it comes time to choose a new bed for Barney.

Do you window shop instead of packing too? or am I once again just putting off washing and ironing?
