Loving My Mother – Willow Tree Collection

You’ll have seen just how much I love My Willow Tree Collection, I add to my collection for every special occasion and they hold so many memories for me.

Mermaid Pink Gin

You’ll probably have noticed through my social media posts and a few other posts, Gin is my drink of choice and I love to discover new varieties and with these new varieties comes with a good presentation with a set of stemless gin glasses

Mermaid Pink Gin is both aromatic and refreshing. It is infused with the flavour of fresh Isle of Wight strawberries with the smooth yet complex taste of Mermaid Gin, a blend of lemon zest, grains of paradise and fragrant rock samphire. The latter, foraged from the island’s cliffs, is known locally as ‘Mermaid’s Kiss’, hence the gin’s name!

Perfectly balanced, subtle yet vibrant, Mermaid Pink is less sweet than most pink gins and has no added sugar. Distilled using strawberries from the island’s Arreton Valley – a rich and fertile place that receives some of the best sunshine levels in the UK – the gin has a gentle pink hue.

Love Leggings

I wasn’t always a fan of Leggings, they were something I used to wear as a young teen – comfortable and practical, however, as I have gotten older I have again realised that dressing for comfort is far better for me especially when I am running around doing the school runs, housework and especially for exercising in.

Love Leggings are just so easy to wear, they are much thicker than supermarket-style leggings so don’t go thin around the bottom area and won’t leave you showing everyone your underwear.

They also don’t go baggy around the knees and stay up so you won’t spend all day pulling them up at the waist.

I was sent sports leggings and also high waisted leggings – both of which are so comfy.

A fun way to enter the house. Of course, no one will be turned away but bringing a bottle is ALWAYS appreciated especially if I’ve invited you over to dinner, it’s almost an unwritten rule in my home – if I’ve cooked then you bring the wine, and I always do the same when I come over to your home.

This is more of a joke present for those Mum’s who do happily enjoy a glass or 2. A conversation starter as soon as you step over the threshold.
