Peace And Quiet With Snuggly Rascals

In the evenings after stories the kids sometimes like to listen to Audio books in their rooms. The trouble with that is they both like to listen to different ones or are at different places at different times, given that they both have their bedroom doors open it can get a little annoying hearing the different parts of 2 stories playing out, both for us adults and for the children.

While they both have normal children’s over the ear headphones this becomes an issue at bedtimes when they are laying down as they are rather uncomfortable to sleep on or just lean on.

The whole idea of the audio books is to help them to become sleepy, so having something hard pressed against their ears is counter productive and they end up complaining they hurt and jumping around the beds to come downstairs.

Recently we were introduced to Snuggly Rascals headband earphones which are a mix between an Alice band meets headphones.

Made from a fleecy material in a choice of 7 designs including: Monster, Giraffe, Penguin, Piggy, Plane, Chicken and a Cat. These headbands feature cool and funky face designs on them which are super cute.

These fasten at the back with Velcro so you can adjust them perfectly to your child’s head and the earphones are tucked away safely within the headband so they align perfectly with your child’s ears once done up.

Due to them being made from a fleecy material instead of hard plastic they are not only comfortable to wear but perfect for wearing in bed without the discomfort.

These are also great for long car journeys as the aren’t hard on children’s ears so can be worn for longer periods of time.

Another added bonus is they are lightweight and can be folded up small to fit in your bag or luggage without taking up much space at all – leaving more soace in your bag/luggage for snacks!

Both Emmy and Harry are big fans of these headbands earphones, and I’m rather taken with them too! They are really comfortable to wear and with the wires worn around the back of the head children are far less likely to pull on they, tangle them or hurt themselves with them.
