Chvrches The Bones of What You Believe

CHVCHES Gig Tickets #Giveaway – Shepherds Bush Empire 17th Oct

Posted on September 17, 2013August 6, 2016
Ok, I’ll admit to feeling a little old and when I was offered 2 gig tickets to see Chvches by Seatwave I had to resort to YouTube and good old Google as I had no idea who they were.

This is what I discovered:

Chvrches (pronounced as “churches” and sometimes stylized as CHVRCHES and CHVRCHΞS) are a Scottish electropop band from Glasgow, formed in 2011.

The group consists of Lauren Mayberry (lead vocals, additional synthesizers), Iain Cook (synthesizers, guitar, bass, vocals), and Martin Doherty (synthesizers, samplers, vocals).
Chvrches came fifth on the BBC’s Sound of 2013 list of the most promising new music talent. In March 2013 they released Recover EP. Their debut studio album The Bones of What You Believe will be released on 23 September 2013.

CHVCHES, tickets giveaway

Had this gig been on a different date I would have loved to go myself after hearing them for the first time I think they are great and will be treating myself to their album on Monday, however I will be attending a different event in London on the same day so luckily for you I am giving these 2 tickets away!

If you are free on the 17th October and can get to the Shepherds Bush Empire in London to see this band then I’m sure you will have a fantastic evening. (It starts at 7.30pm)

For your chance to win these 2 tickets please enter using the Rafflecopter form below – this giveaway will end at Midnight on 1st October.  Good Luck
