I love my Tefal Actifry as it is so quick and easy to use and it can now replace some of my cooking on the hob, I have been using this more and more in the kitchen and it really has made life much easier. Here is one of the kid’s new favourite recipes – a corned beef hash recipe using the Actifry.
Corned beef hash cooked in an Actifry is a convenient and delicious dish that combines the flavours of tender corned beef, crispy potatoes, and savoury seasonings.
This week I have made Actifry Corned Beef Hash Recipe using the Tefal Actifry.
Corned beef hash is one of those comforting meals that’s always a hit in our house. It’s quick, hearty, and ticks all the boxes for an easy family meal. Using the ActiFry takes all the hassle out of making it – less oil, less mess, and I can get on with other bits while it cooks. Whether it’s for breakfast, lunch, or tea, this dish is a firm favourite with the kids, and I’m sure it will be for your family too!
Ingredients
Here’s everything you’ll need to make this quick and tasty dish:
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced into small cubes (or swap for sweet potatoes if you fancy something different)
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 tin of corned beef, cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon of oil (optional – the amount of oil depends on your ActiFry model)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional extras: diced peppers, a handful of peas, or a pinch of smoked paprika for a bit of extra flavour
- Baked beans (optional or even a fried egg to top once served)
We have this for lunch on a school day as Emmy needs to be there at 12 o’clock which doesn’t leave much time to cook, eat and leave, this is very quick and easy and goes down well with both children.

Sounds delicious
what a great idea! I've had an Actifry since they first hit the market, and love it, but I only use it for chips, sauté potatoes and other root veg. Oh and sausages, it cooks sausages beautifully. I must try branching out with it.
Thank you Jane. You can do great Curry in it too!
